A major highlight of The Immokalee Foundation's workforce-development programming, this year's event is scheduled for February 24, 2026, from 5 PM to 7:30 PM at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples Beach Resort.
The summit aligns with the Foundation's time-honored focus on preparing students for long-term stability and success. The high-profile event serves as a platform to cultivate future business leaders among the Foundation's highly motivated student population.
The Immokalee Foundation is Southwest Florida's first and only organization offering a full continuum of support with impressive outcomes—starting with early literacy intervention in elementary school and extending through career exploration, immersive learning experiences, and postsecondary education, ultimately leading to long-term career success.
The CEO Leadership Summit shines a spotlight on a curated group of CEOs, founders, and presidents from diverse industries who share real stories of their professional pivots and breakthroughs.
Student participants in The Immokalee Foundation's multiple-award-winning Career Pathways program interact directly with these leaders to gain insights into the business world and understand the skills required for long-term success.
The backbone of the Foundation’s career-development programming, Career Pathways introduces students to new pathways to success and financial independence through robust programming that prepares them for well-paying, in-demand professional careers in four distinct pathways: Business Management & Entrepreneurship, Education & Human Services, Engineering & Construction Management, and Healthcare.
The CEO Leadership Summit includes a dedicated networking session with beverages and hors d'oeuvres, where students and community members can speak with top executives.
WINK News' Chris Ciffate will once again serve as the event Emcee. Panelists include:
· John DeAngelis: Co-Founder of DeAngelis Diamond
· Amy Hale, CFP: Regional President of BMO Wealth Management
· Jennifer Johnson: Founder of True Fashionistas
· Dan Lavender: CEO of Moorings Park Institute, Inc.
· Lynda M. Waterhouse, DHA, CPA: Former President of Keiser University – Naples
