VERO BEACH — Another hot weekend on the clay and the Chobee Smashers 10u softball team came out on top in Vero Beach! They sarted out Saturday, May 25,  at a bright and early 6:30 a.m. warm up time to take on the Central Florida Shine team where they battled hard to take a 3-0 victory.

On to game two against Royal Palm AllStars where they showed zero mercy with a huge 20-5 win! Chobee Smashers ended day one 2-0, ready for whatever was to come!

Sunday, May 26, started Bracket Play - seeded #2 it was time to take on Boca Impact-Coppola. The heat definitely didn’t slow these girls down before taking a 3-1 victory! After a short lunch break they quickly jumped to game #2 against Lady Gators 10u Blue. With 11 stolen bases and zero errors made, they took yet another win of 14-3.

On to the Championships! Last but not least the Smashers took on the #1 seed Treasure Coast Swat 10u. Our Pitcher Vtvssv had a huge game striking out 11 batters and only allowed one hit the entire game. These girls bats were on fire ending the game 10-0 to bring home some bling in the Gold Bracket!
